However, your staff is professional and pleasant. I took my Kia to two other garages who told me, "A Kia is supposed to sound like that." I knew something was wrong months ago. The men took the time to listen to my car issues and asked additional questions to estimate the repair problem. They told me what they found wrong, answered questions and told me the price BEFORE any repairs were made.
