I came in to have a flat tire replaced. The first one I received went flat within two hours. I brought it back and David (the manager, I think) carefully inspected it and said the new tire was defective and it was leaking in three places. He replaced it and spent extra time to make sure the replacement tire was fine. He didn't charge me for the replacement or the labor to replace it. I'm extremely impressed with the service and I do hope you give David the highest kudos you have. I will be returning to replace two more tires. - Sicklerville, NJ
