The local facility was amazing. Your call center needs to get its shit together. They have zero idea what is actually going on locally. I was not informed I was talking to the call center she. I called the store. The price from the call center was way off as it did not include the alignment needed with my service. Call center advised me to show up between 3 and 4 but “closer to 4†for a four tire replacement and alignment due to getting tires from the warehouse and them not arriving until at the earliest 3pm. Upon arrival I find out he actually put the appointment in for 10:30 am. And the tires arrived at 11:00 am. I had to make a second trip the next day for the alignment on my vehicle because the shop ran out of time after squeezing me in through ZERO fault of their own. Call center quote was almost $200 lower than actual price. Call center appt time was a mess. Call center honesty communication sucked. Local shop did their absolute best to make things right and handled the dumpster fire professionally, courteously, and with exceptional customer service. - Shreveport, LA
