I stopped by the day prior to my appointment for an inspection to have completed on that date prior- and when I mentioned I also need two new tires and was driving on a spare tire, the staff came out to my car and checked all of my tires and let me know that the car would not pass with the spare. He was very helpful with getting me the soonest available appointment and price quote. I have had my car serviced at other mavis locations and have not received the same quality of customer service as I did at this location. I would absolutely recommend and will return to this location for future services. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name who was working at the front desk, but especially during these difficult times I think he should be recognized for his customer service skills.
