Hi, the guys at Norcross on 6100 Jimmy Carter Blvd were super. They were backed up from yesterday, yet managed to get us out before end of the day on holiday weekend. The tire installer, aligner both did a super job transforming our F350 Dually from a horrible ride into a smooth one that steers straight. We checked the oil as we were leaving and found it low from an easy to make miscalculation, the desk man grabbed a $20 and dashed to the parts store for another bottle, gave it to us, and we were good to go. Just the way my family, in the car business since 1927 would have done it. All smiles all round, no complaints from us. Super people to have on your team. Will refer my friends. - Norcross, GA
