I went into this location on East West Connector in Marietta today Sunday, November 15, 2022 at approximately 2:00PM with sheer concern my rear brakes there were 6 cars ahead of me needing various type of work such as mine. The Asst. Manager at this location went above and beyond the call of duty to install two rotors, pads, and brake flush to my vehicle and finished the cars ahead of me prior to closing. The techs and the Asst. Manager needs to be commended on their speedy but effect work, professionalism, customer service, and their zeal to get peoples vehicle repaired. - Memorial Square, GA

This is the second time l went and got tires at this location. I keep going back because of the professionism, the pleasant behavior, the knowledge. The overall experience was so nice l set another appointment next week to get more tires that they recommend. I not going anywhere else but to those guys at the Lavista location. And the manager, Isiah (l hope l got it right) he's the best. He was so cool, nice, pleasant, friendly and so helpful. That's why l'm going back the third time.
