Yesterday spoke with rep who told me saturday's are busy but if I brought in first thing Sunday morning would be the quickest. I did so, they saw my vehicle immediately. Had two issues, both were communicated to me and they explained my options very clearly. Vehicle was done very quickly and staff was exceptional.
