I had a flat tire on the Thruway and needed to get my tire patched. I'm sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he said he'd be glad to take a look and see if he could patch it. He took the car right in and was able to patch it up and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. As someone away from home, it was very helpful to get my tire taken care of in a timely manner. The gentleman who took care of me was very professional and helpful. (Operator 1151 was on the receipt).
