I brought my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. They contacted me and informed me that I needed new tires and an alignment. I told the gentleman I had to contact the dealer before purchasing tires because we had prior issues in the tail end of the car and had an upcoming appointment. I asked if just the alignment could be done, and the gentleman informed me that it wouldn't be a good idea since new tires were not on yet. In addition, they also added a $10 off coupon for the oil change. I really appreciated the upfront honesty about the alignment and the $10 coupon without me asking. A lot of other places would have just have done the alignment to make a sale. I will continue to bring my car and my wife's car to this location. - Dallas, PA
