First, I was/am very thankful that I was able to get my brake pads replaced in such a timely manner (pretty much immediately). I did call in advance to find out the schedule, and they could, and did, take me in immediately. The guy at the front desk, Harry, was super-friendly and super-helfpul. The lady who was the manager (sorry, I did not get her name) was also super-friendly and super-helpful. The maintenance tech, Matthew, took care of everything very quickly, which was of extreme importance to my wife and I, as we had a destination some hour-plus drive away, where we had to be within a matter of just a few hours. My car is 14-years-old... a 2006 Honda Accord... and I had been doing my brakes (swapping out pads) myself for years. I had seen some uneven wear in times past, but never gave it much thought... just swapped out the pads and moved on. Matthew found one of the calipers wasn't closing properly, and there was significant uneven wear between the two front brakes. So, under very close time restraints, they committed to being able to get the needed parts in, and replaced, so that my wife and I could make our trip on time. Everything worked out well, even though the work performed ended up being more than what I had initially anticipated. But, I am glad having all work that was done, and the peace of mind that both my wife and I can have, in driving and knowing everything is in full and proper working order.
