Continental ContiExtremeContact DWS06 Plus tires for a 2015 Acura TLX received ratings of 9/10 Dry Traction and 9/10 Wet Traction. I bought these tires for my after market 19 x 8 rims and they did not disappoint. The tires have excellent dry weather traction that is good for the TLX. Since my vehicle is FWD, I expected to be disappointed but was not. My only complaint with these tires is that after about 5,000 miles they began to hum at low speeds. However, they are quiet and suit my driving style. Thread wear as been great. I do over 500 miles highway driving per week. The ride is smooth. I had to take the tires to Acura for rebalancing. No fault to Mavis, but I had some vibrations at speeds about 65 MPH. The Acura dealer did a better balancing job. I would recommend these tires for the TLX as long as you are willing to pay the price tag. Overall Rated Excellent; would Definitely buy this tire again. - an Energetic driver in Middletown NY.
