Well knowledged, great attitude and always willing to work with customers. - Charlotte, NC Lorenzo is the man !! - Charlotte, NC i needed tires and i currently have a brand new lease from scott clark honda farther up independence blvd. i too the car there first. they told me that one tire and service would be $450 and up too two hours. turns out i neeeded two tires and my wheel lock key was cracked from a previous road side assistence call. i didnt like those number so i called the mavis down the street. they not only got me two tires and a balance for a lot less but were able to removed the wheel locks and told me where i could get the cracked wheel lock key replaced. all for less the what honda was charging me for one tire. every one was very helpful seeeing as this was my first new car and i didnt know how to go about everything. miss Kim and miss T at the desk really walked me through everything and helped me out a lot. they were really upset that honda would even go about things like that with me. the guys in the garage were cool with the constant updates and suggestions on solutions. thank you guys so much. i am very happy and will be back - Charlotte, NC Larenzo and Kimberly was great, they helped me save a lot of money, especially during a time like this. - Charlotte, NC Very helpful great service - Charlotte, NC The assistant manager was exceptional at serving me and keeping me informed.
