I bought my Honda Accord new in 2009. The tires that were on the car when I bought it were never any good. They quickly wore out, became a driving hazard and I replaced them in October, 2014 with the Cooper CS4 Touring tires. Living in the VERY SNOWY Northeast and having to commute to school (work) 40 miles a day on a fast highway during snow and ice storms with a great deal of snow already piled up on the roads, became a harrowing experience with the old tires. I knew I and the car could not go on much longer like that. I knew I needed much deeper tread all-season tires to handle the bad winter driving conditions. I asked the Mavis sales and tech people what tires would be best for me considering the kind of driving I have to do. They strongly recommended the Cooper CS4 Touring tires. It was a very knowledgeable recommendation and I'm glad I took it. So far these tires, although still new and not yet tested in winter conditions, handle the road beautifully and confidently. The ride is smooth and quiet. They

This is my second set of Cooper Tires. Remain impressed with their riding feel. Quiet and responsive and reasonably priced. Treadwear was below rating but this due more to the fact my car is a SUV with awd. This has been an issue with the car since purchase. Nonetheless if we need to purchase another set of tires we would choose the Cooper!!

It's been 13 months since I bought these tires and I have to say that I have been Completely Satisfied with this purchase! These are the Best Touring Tires I have ever owned. They far out-perform the Good Year Assurance Tires that I frequently over-payed for! The wet pavement stopping is outstanding with no adverse hydroplaning (always used to slide on wet pavement at stop lights with the Good Years!) They are great in the heavy snow of Central NY and even on ice they feel secure. They ride very quiet and smooth on the highway. They corner and steer responsively. And so far after 13,600 miles this year, the tread is wearing normally. I would Absolutely-Positively-Recommend these Tires!... and I will Definitely buy them again! Doubtless for the money you will find a better touring tire... believe me I did my research before I bought these. Don't waste your money on bigger brand names... these tires Rock! I hope this helps someone... Peace :)

I have only had the tires a few weeks. I liked them so far and looked forward to seeing how they would do this winter, but a week ago a teenager ran a stop and nearly killed me. I feel that your tires are one of the reasons I'm still hear. I liked your employees, I was given good service and I liked the tires. My car is totaled and the tires are ruined, but this fall I will need tires for winter on what ever car I get and I am planing to go to Mavis.

Third set of tires on my 2002 Civic. Much quieter than Goodrich Traction T/A which performed well and lasted 92,000 miles! Cooper CS4 perform easily as well as Traction T/A and are much smoother and quieter.

The tires only have about 900 miles on them as they were purchased in early April. Canít speak to snow, ice, hydroplaning, or treadwear, as we have not had the tires long enough. However Kevin, at the Valatie, NY store, has been excellent to work with. Including this set, we've purchased about six sets of tire for our three vehicles here.

What can I say about these tires. They are a great alternative to the pricier Michelin that I loved but with almost 200k miles on the car and limited use felt were overkill. The coopers are great in the rain, snow and ice that we had in Virginia. The ride is cadillac smooth and quiet and the tread wear is awesome. Just buy them you won't be let down.

My Santa Fe had the original factory tires. Winter has been bad and felt unsafe due to very poor traction. Since purchasing the Cooper CS4 Touring tires, I feel completely safe with excellent traction and no more continuous sliding after stopping for traffic and/or traffic lights. The Coopers did not perform at the level expected......i was quite disappointed. During wet weather driving a caution light should go on to remind the driver that coopers will not grip the road. I thought I purchased durable tires and I purchased just the opposite. Now I am eager to see if the two replacement tires repeat.

I have not had these tires long, only about 1000 miles, but I am extremely satisfied with them. Price was great, VERY good value for price. They are a little loud, but not enough to complain about. Pete in Vails Gate was absolutely wonderful to deal with!! As far as not giving them a 10- I just don't know enough about tires, I guess! Would highly recommend and would definitely buy again!! I have not had the tires long enough to judge winter conditions. I am very pleased with the performance so far. They have made a significate difference in the handling of my vehicle. It is much easier to control and rides a lot better than before. Good recommendation from the sales associate!

Just had the Cooper CS4 Tires installed a couple of weeks ago. While they are a little bit louder then my previous GoodYear's, they provide me with an unparralleled driving experience. Snow, no problem... been blasting through huge snow drifts and icy roads in Upstate NY with on problems. Rain, No problem; never hydroplaned yet with these and I feel in full control on my vehicle. I have two small children, so putting the right set of tires on my vehicle was extremely important to me. AMERICAN MADE!!!! If you are thinking twice, dont... get these amazing tires.

I went into the local shop and asked salesman, to recommend replacement tires for the original equipment tires. I asked for a tire, without the need for actual snow tires, that would give good traction in snow. Job well done! I had the opportunity the following day to drive in the snow and was very happy!

I have not experienced driving in the snow because I live in the South. The only thing that I really dislike about these tires is that they are very noisy compared to the Yokohama V-4s that I replaced (those were awesome and hate they were discontinued). The Coopers are excellent on the highway and smooth pavement. They are wearing evenly too.

Live in upstate New York snow country and have found these tires to be great in snow and slush.Car is very light and with other tires on car moves around alot in bad conditions. Would put the h-rated on instead of the t-rated because of the softer compound, better ride but lose some mileage. No ware showing yet but only 2500 miles.

Tonight we are suppposed to have snow that will allow me to rate snow and ice traction, etc... I have only put on the front tires so far, but I am very pleased with my choice. I have always liked Cooper Tires. The allignment was a great help and the front end work was superior and substancially lower in cost than I expected. I am still waiting to hear if my rear two tires have come in, so they can be put on.

My original stock bridgestone tires wore way too soon and perfromed so horribly in snow that I had thought there was a problem with my all\-wheel drive. I replaced them with the Cooper CS4. These are best all-season tires I've ever had. They are great in all road conditions conditions and they perform especially well in snow. Four-wheel or all wheel drive will only take you so far on bad tires. These tires make all the difference.

So far, I really like these tires. They are much quieter than my older ones ever were. I seem to get better highway gas mileage than the old tires-by 2+miles. Tooling around town, mileage may be a tiny bit better. The one weird thing is how they ride on grooved pavement. There is a section of highway near me that is about 13 miles (I think) long. It is new concrete that has grooves in it. I don't know if it is the strong traction of these tires or what, but it feels like the tires are following the grooves and the wheel wants to go back and forth. It is fine the times I have driven it dry, but I am a little leary when the snow flies.

We've had cheap and expensive tires on our cars. After several visits to sites for reviews (including Mavis), we decided to try the Cooper CS4 Touring. We like them so much we just put them on our Honda too. They are in the middle of the price range, so we're pleased. Not sure about long-term wear, but they are rated high enough that they should get 40-50k miles. Good tires. Good deal.
