3/28/2013 "Very pleasant experience. I thought I called this location for an appointment after a recommendation from my father but by mistake called a different one. It was no problem for them. They immediately took care of me even took car on a test drive to make sure the car was aligned correctly. I was very impressed. I had purchased the tires at another location but they gladly rotated the tires. When I was there an elderly gentleman came in for a tire rotation only and again no problem. They were pleasant acting happy to see him even though I don't think they knew him personally. 'just a rotation no charge'. The customer service was excellent!!! Would definitely go to Mavis again. The other location I purchased my tires was also great. I came to that location on an almost flat near closing and they put on that 1 tire and setup an appointment for the next day to make sure I had even tires in the front. I purchased 3 tires the next day and they treated as if all on the same day. They really saved me."

I had ordered some tires online and they weren't in stock, and there was some phone tagging going on, but all the time I had a slow leak in one of my tires and was having to stop at the gas station to fill it up before and after work. Dennis tracked me down by phone at work even though I had only given my email address, and he bent over backwards to make everything right. Thank you for the great service!
