Other auto shops would have said they need changing. I needed a wheel alignment which they did, but afterwards my brake shield was scraping the rotor, this was not due to the alignment but instead transmission work I had done at a transmission shop. Mavis diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Once again they were honest, other shops would probably have charged me more.
