"I recently got a 1999 dodge ram, the previous dealer didn't let me know what your technicians found out. the ball joints were in dier need of replacment as well as the rear shocks, and the tie rod. i wouldn't of known this if it hadn't been for a flat tire, and bringing it again. wish you guys had stickers i could place on my truck so that i can help promote your company more. ps i went to the johnstown ny store was meet by craig and he was very helpful as well as the technitian Scott. definate life time customer.
